Hollick was an early adopter of the destination cellar door in Coonawarra, combining a tasting room with a restaurant that makes the most of South East produce.
The wines span the region's strengths, from the flagship Ravenswood Cabernet to Merlot, Shiraz and a sparkling, with cool-climate whites rounding out the list. The restaurant terrace, set on rising ground, gives one of the better long views across the otherwise flat Coonawarra plain.
